Processing Protocol: All customer orders are processed within 1–3 working days. To maintain complete supply chain transparency and uphold rigorous internal quality controls, all items are fully stocked, manually inspected, and dispatched directly from our centralized Singapore warehouse facility.
Transit Timeframes: Standard delivery to European destinations is fulfilled via premier international express couriers (including DHL, FedEx, or UPS). The standard delivery window spans 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery Guarantee: In the highly unlikely event that a shipment experiences courier delays and is not successfully delivered within 20 business days from dispatch, Chillseggo guarantees the immediate issuance of either a full transaction refund or a complimentary priority reshipment, per the customer’s preference.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): Chillseggo operates exclusively under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms for all European destinations. The final checkout price displayed at the completion of purchase is comprehensive and strictly all-inclusive of all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT).
Zero Extra Fees: Under this strict compliant structure, customers will never be subjected to any additional import charges, administration fees, or ancillary delivery costs upon the physical arrival of the goods.
- Legal Transfer of Risk
In strict accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations, the legal responsibility, ownership, and transit risks associated with the physical merchandise transfer to the customer solely upon successful delivery to, and physical receipt at, the customer-specified shipping address.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
14-Day Right: Customers residing within the European Union possess a statutory legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of physically receiving the goods, without providing justification.
Initiation Process: To officially exercise this right and initiate a structured return, the customer must contact our support team via email at refrigerator@chillseggo.com to receive formal confirmation, step-by-step instructions, and the correct designated return address. Unless explicitly agreed or stated otherwise by our team, the customer shall bear the direct, actual shipping costs of returning the physical items.
- Returns, Defective Merchandise & Refund Processing
Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives physically damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify our team via email accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Chillseggo will review the enquiry and issue an official authorization and resolution decision within 48 hours.
Resolution & Settlement: Upon approval, a complimentary replacement will be immediately prepared for dispatch, or a full/partial monetary settlement will be processed. Approved financial refunds are initiated immediately by our billing department and will automatically credit back to the customer’s original payment method within 7–14 business days, strictly subject to individual bank or card issuer processing timelines.

These terms, conditions, and operational policies are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. Any mandatory statutory consumer protections, local regulations, and non-waivable legal rights inherent to customers within their specific country of residence (including EU consumer rights) remain fully active, valid, and entirely unaffected by this choice of law.
