- Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. All products undergo manual quality inspections at our direct fulfillment facilities prior to dispatch.
Orders are dispatched from Singapore and are generally delivered within 5–9 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier operations. Please note that our product line consists exclusively of refrigerator organization accessories and dividers, rather than large domestic appliances.
To provide transparency throughout the delivery process, automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when significant shipment events occur, including:
Order dispatch;
Arrival at logistics facilities;
Customs processing;
Local delivery arrangements;
Successful delivery.
Shipments are handled by recognized international carriers, including priority services offered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent logistics providers.
- Delayed Deliveries
If an order exceeds the normal delivery timeframe, customers should contact our support team at: refrigerator@chillseggo.com
Upon receiving a request, we will investigate the shipment status with the relevant carrier.
Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, undeliverable, or subject to an unreasonable delay that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we may, following review of the carrier’s investigation results:
Issue a full refund; or
Arrange a replacement shipment.
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the circumstances of the individual order.
- European Consumer Right of Withdrawal
For customers located within the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union (EU), and other jurisdictions where applicable consumer legislation grants a withdrawal right, consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires by emailing: refrigerator@chillseggo.com
The notification should include:
Order number;
Customer name;
Contact email address;
Clear statement of withdrawal.
Upon receiving your withdrawal notification, our support team will provide you with the designated return address and detailed instructions.
Returned goods must:
Be sent back within 14 days after the withdrawal request is submitted;
Be unused and in their original, resaleable condition;
Include all supplied components and packaging where reasonably possible.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back, in full compliance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs associated with a voluntary withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, customers should contact us within 14 days of delivery at refrigerator@chillseggo.com.
Customers must provide:
Order number;
Description of the issue;
Clear photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the item.
Following a review of the evidence by our support team, we will coordinate with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
A replacement item shipped at our expense; or
A full or partial refund.
To expedite the resolution for verified transit damage or product defects, we may, at our discretion, waive the requirement to return the physical item.
- Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds may be declined where:
The product has been intentionally damaged after delivery;
The product has been altered or modified after receipt;
The request is made outside the applicable return period without a legal basis;
Insufficient information is provided to verify the claim.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
