- Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization and order confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during periods of increased seasonal order volume, public holidays, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside normal operational conditions. - Shipping Methods
To facilitate secure international delivery, Chillseggo partners with established global air express carriers and premium priority shipping services, including those operated by DHL, FedEx, UPS, and equivalent logistics providers where appropriate.
The specific carrier assigned to a shipment is determined at the time of dispatch based on destination country requirements and carrier operational availability. - Estimated Delivery Time
Following dispatch from our Singapore facility, most shipments are delivered within 5–9 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to regional customs procedures, local postal infrastructure, severe weather conditions, transportation network disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Chillseggo. - Shipment Tracking
Customers will automatically receive tracking updates and delivery notifications at the email address provided during checkout. Real-time tracking events generally include:
Order dispatch and label creation;
Carrier facility acceptance;
International transit milestones;
Local delivery processing;
Final delivery status.
Tracking numbers become active and searchable within the carrier’s network once the package has been physically scanned by the assigned logistics provider.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
For all eligible shipments delivered to destinations within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), Chillseggo operates strictly under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) framework. This ensures that all relevant Value Added Tax (VAT), customs clearance handling fees, and applicable import duties are fully calculated, collected, and prepaid by Chillseggo at checkout.
Customers will not be requested or required to pay secondary import charges, administrative fees, or disbursement penalties to local courier services or customs authorities upon delivery. All prices displayed during the final checkout stage are fully inclusive of the tax liabilities required for lawful importation into your jurisdiction.
- Delivery Information and Integrity
The customer is responsible for ensuring that a complete, precise, and accurate shipping address is provided during checkout. Chillseggo cannot modify shipping details after carrier dispatch.
In instances where an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address results in the package being returned to our facility, the customer will be liable for the actual, direct return shipping expenses and carrier-imposed recovery fees. These verified logistical costs will be deducted from any eligible product refund upon the parcel’s safe return to our Singapore warehouse.
- Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment exceeds the standard delivery window, Chillseggo will immediately open an official trace investigation with the assigned carrier. To maintain billing transparency and mitigate potential payment disputes:
If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, or if the package remains undelivered past a maximum period of 20 business days from the dispatch date (in accordance with statutory European Consumer Rights guidelines), Chillseggo will immediately offer the customer a full resolution: either a complimentary product replacement or a complete refund of the total purchase amount to the original payment method.
- Delivery Completion
A shipment shall be legally deemed delivered when the assigned carrier records successful completion or signs off delivery at the destination address provided by the customer.
Where permitted by local regulations and courier protocols, electronic proof of delivery (POD), GPS delivery coordinates, or courier delivery signatures maintained by the carrier shall serve as conclusive evidence for assessing delivery-related claims and chargeback verification.
